For 35 years I have worked with clients helping them through advice, negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation to resolve their legal issues. I work with small to mid-size businesses and business owners, construction contractors, construction sub-contractors, individuals and families. I have experience to help clients in business matters, contract negotiation and enforcement, judgment enforcement issues, real estate disputes, boundary disputes, mechanic’s liens, construction issues and estate and probate trials.  My experience allows me to advise clients with an eye towards avoiding disputes. However, if litigation is required, I have the practical experience to represent my clients in court.

I am a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and conduct both mediations and arbitrations. Our facilities and office space are designed for multiple party dispute resolution.  I am also available to travel to other mediation and arbitration sites.

I have been practicing out of Rochester in southern Minnesota since 1985. Our Firm is able to advise clients across a broad spectrum of legal issues using in-house resources and individual attorney expertise in a cost-effective manner.

In my time away from the office I like to read, travel, head to the cabin and support all sports teams from Wisconsin.
